If a patient don't have previous denture would it be possible to make new set of denture with 3D machines?
How can a person become a technician who makes dentures with a 3-D printer
tbh it just means more profit for the dentist it will cost basically the same just less time..
Ultrasonic and IPA is dangerous! Validation process is incorrect too!

Luxaprint® Flex ist ein Medizinprodukt Klasse IIa zum Drucken von weichen, massiven Otoplastiken und ist erhältlich im Fachhandel.
Mittlerweile wohl auch im Internet mit Preisen ausgeschrieben, aber über 300 EUR / kg netto ist natürlich schon ein Wort. Da wird es wahrscheinlich regelmäßig besser sein, in normalem Resin zu drucken, und dann mit Silikon abzuformen.

Hello, thanks for your question. The minimal strength is 1.5mm and the material is not suitable for aligner or attachments with 0.5mm wall thickness.

Interesting material but does it stay stable in terms of color and dimension in the long term ? How about the jonction between the silicone and the hard acrylic part? Is there any bacteria infiltration that can probably cause some gingiva or mucosa irritation ?
Silicone bases for dentures are definitely the way to go👍🏼😎 No more rubbing or ulceration of the gums, which has been a historical comfort & useage issue with oral prosthetics. Thanks for sharing😀
